Our standard king room was decorated in the contemporary design. The location was decent, quite a walk from a landmark bell tower. We appreciated being walk from a train station...

Great building located right in the heart of the city 🏙️.

We had the standard room provided with bizarre gray walls and a fantastic shower and modern furnishings. Location: the hotel was very close to Modena in August and the garden. Furthermore, to the Cathedrals for concerts in the evenings.

Can’t fault anything about it.

The hotel is wonderful with enjoyable breakfasts and perfectly fine staff.

Convenient Location: This place is just a stone's throw away from the historic center. It's situated on a bustling boulevard with plenty of parking spots available 🚗.

The room was small

Welcoming staff and a very good location. Our room was comfortable and the air conditioning very effective. The bathroom was also very good. The buffet breakfast was quite extensive and the coffee was excellent.

It would have been helpful to have some tourist information available, and facilties for tea/coffee making in the room.

This new hotel offers spacious rooms and is conveniently situated near restaurants and bars for visitors.

The location was excellent short stroll to most things, we found overall the staff to be helpful and friendly.

It is a shame that we have experienced the lack of ironing facilities on the premises. Yes you can send garments out to be pressed however their is no need for the expense if you were able to iron yourself.

Neat units with modern furnishings. the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Truly enjoyed the amazing breakfast for free better than Starbucks. Rewritten Review: The rooms were tidy with modern decor, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. We particularly loved the complimentary breakfast, which was truly delightful and much better than what Starbucks offers.

Central location with short walk to centre and yet easy parking on the road with the badge from reception.

Had beautifully designed, reasonably large room with modern furnishings. Fantastic shower. - the location was great and decent, so close to a delicatessen that has been serving fine food since the 1600s. - Admiring the facade of the Palazzo Ducale and the city center.

Check in and check out efficient, friendly staff, nice soap, very good breakfast

My single room was small, the bed was small, the cussion was hard, tv not easy to configure
